Aluminum Board

Aluminum sandwich board (also referred to by brand names like Dibond and Alu板 or generically as ACP—aluminum composite panel) consists of two thin aluminum face sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. The result is a panel that looks and acts like solid aluminum from the outside but weighs roughly 40% less than a solid aluminum sheet of equivalent thickness—making it practical for larger formats and more accessible for non-professional installers. The smooth aluminum faces accept printing with excellent color fidelity and provide a clean, premium substrate for high-end brand presentations. The material is inherently weather-resistant: the aluminum skins protect the core from moisture infiltration, preventing the delamination and warping that can affect other composite materials over time. Standard thickness is 1/8" (3mm), suitable for most wall-mounted and frame applications. For freestanding or post-mounted installations, optional drilling and grommeting is available. Custom sizes are cut to order using CNC routers for clean, precise edges—no saw marks, no burrs, no warping at cut lines.
