Aluminum Sign

Solid aluminum sign blanks are the gold standard for permanent outdoor signage installations where longevity is the primary design constraint. Unlike aluminum composite panels (sandwich boards) that use a plastic core, solid aluminum is homogeneous throughout—meaning that if the surface gets scratched or worn, the underlying material matches the surface appearance, maintaining a consistent look for years. Our aluminum signs are fabricated from .040" thick aluminum sheet, providing sufficient stiffness for mounting on posts, poles, and wall surfaces without the handling difficulty of heavier gauges. The material accepts full-color UV printing with no lamination required—the inks bond directly to the aluminum surface and are inherently weather-resistant. Pre-drilled mounting holes are included at no charge in standard positions, or mounting configuration can be customized for your specific installation method. For post mounting, we offer optional drilled corners for bolt-through installation. Standard sizes range from 12" x 18" to 36" x 48", with custom dimensions and shapes including circles, diamonds, and contour-cut logos available. Aluminum signs can also be ordered with or without pre-applied 3M adhesive backing for surface-mount applications.
