PVC Board

PVC sheet (sometimes called PVC foam board or Sintra board, after a popular brand) is produced by extruding polyvinyl chloride into rigid sheets with a consistently smooth surface on both sides. The closed-cell composition makes it naturally moisture-resistant—no sealing or edge coating is required for outdoor use in most climates, though extended UV exposure will eventually cause surface chalking. Our PVC board products are available in 3mm and 6mm thickness, with 3mm being ideal for interior wall mounting, hanging displays, and portable stand signage, and 6mm providing additional rigidity for larger formats and outdoor ground placement. The material cuts cleanly with standard woodworking tools or CNC routers, allowing for custom shapes including circles, ovals, letter outlines, and custom contours in addition to standard rectangles. Surface printing is done with UV-reactive inks for sharp, color-accurate output with no lamination required. PVC board is significantly lighter than aluminum composite—approximately 40% lighter—making it a practical choice for hanging installations where weight is a concern.
