How many hang-tag orders can you handle per day?

Presses, die-cutters and the bindery bench (stringing, eyelets, fiber patches, corner clips) are all in-house, so volume never waits on an outside vendor.
Do you string the hang tags for me?
Yes. Pick one of 29 strings and cords by reference code — poly, cotton, hemp, jute, bakers twine, satin ribbon, waxed leather, elastics and more — and your knot style (Knotted, Looped, Wired or Loop-Knotted). Stringing is $98 set-up plus $0.12 per tag and the tags arrive ready to hang.
Can I add metal eyelets to my hang tags?
Yes. Rolled-flange eyelets come in seven sizes from 3/32" to 5/16" and 12 platings including brass, antique brass, copper, nickel, zinc, aluminum, black and white. Eyelets are $98 set-up plus $0.12 per tag.
What is fiber reinforcing on a hang tag?
A 9/16" fiber patch applied around the hole on one or both sides so the tag will not tear when it is pulled, re-hung or shipped on heavy garments. It is available with a 3/16" or 1/4" standard hole (custom 1/8", 5/16" and 3/8") for $95 set-up plus $0.12 per tag.
Can you clip the corners of my hang tags?
Yes. Corner cutting clips one, two or all four corners at the standard 45° angle, up to 1.5" along each edge, for a luggage-tag look without a custom die. Corner cutting is $115 set-up plus $0.04 per tag.
What is the minimum order for custom hang tags?
Most stocks start at 100 tags, with pricing tiers that fall steeply at 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000+. Bulk programs of 50,000 to 500,000 tags are quoted individually with offset pricing.
How fast can I get custom hang tags?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. Rush production and same-day options are shown at checkout when your quantity qualifies; strung and eyeleted tags add about one day of bindery time.
Which hang tag is best for clothing?
Regular 14pt/16pt tags with matte or gloss coating are the apparel standard; Silk or Suede laminated tags for premium lines; 18pt Brown Kraft or Natural recycled stock for sustainable and denim brands. All can be strung, eyeleted or fiber-reinforced.
