Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Koltprinting LLC, doing business as KoltPrinting (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, requesting a quote, uploading artwork or placing an order on koltprinting.com you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Reprint Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

We sell custom-manufactured print products — roll labels, business cards and stationery, large-format banners, tents and displays, booklets and hard-cover books, presentation folders and marketing print — plus related services such as pre-press file checks, digital proofs, design assistance and trade (reseller) pricing. Every item is made to your specification after you order; nothing is held in stock.

Product descriptions, colours and images on the site are illustrative. Because printed colour varies by substrate, ink set and press, on-screen previews and digital proofs are not exact colour matches unless you purchase a hard-copy press proof.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payments, or upload prohibited content. Trade/reseller accounts may be subject to additional written terms.

• Currency. All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Applicable tax and shipping are shown before you pay.
• Payment in full up front. Orders are paid at checkout through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept the cards Stripe displays at checkout. Your card is charged when you complete Stripe Checkout. We never store your full card details.
• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer. It is accepted when we email your payment receipt; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) for pricing errors, suspected fraud, prohibited content or production capacity, and we will tell you promptly if we do.
• Quotes. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the specifications you provide; changes to specs, quantities or files may change the price.
• Invoices & payment links. Where we invoice you (for balances, changes or trade accounts), payment is due on receipt via the Stripe payment link unless your account has approved credit terms.
• Promotions. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

• You are responsible for the content, spelling, layout, bleed, resolution and colour mode of the files you submit. We print what you approve.
• For most jobs we send a digital proof. Production does not start until you approve it. Once a proof is approved, the job is final and errors present in the approved proof are not our responsibility.
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use everything in your artwork (logos, images, fonts, text, trademarks) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content.
• We may refuse to print content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• You grant us a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely to produce, proof and (with your permission) showcase your order.

Turnaround times shown at checkout are in business days and begin the next business day after payment and proof approval (whichever is later). Same-day and rush options have posted cut-off times in Central Time. Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee; it excludes shipping time and may be affected by file problems, weather, carrier delays or events outside our control. Rush fees are refunded if we miss a rush deadline through our own fault.

Industry-standard tolerances apply: quantity over/under-runs of up to 5% on labels and offset work, ±1/16" on trimming, and reasonable colour variation between runs. Orders within these tolerances are conforming.

We ship from our production facility in Houston, TX to addresses in the United States via UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight; international shipping is by quote only. Shipping charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package; however, if a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will file the carrier claim and reprint or refund as described in our Refund & Reprint Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address; re-shipping fees apply to incorrect addresses.

Because every product is custom-made, our Refund & Reprint Policy applies. In summary: you may cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the proof; after approval the job enters production and is non-refundable; defective, damaged or incorrectly produced items reported within 7 days of delivery are reprinted free or refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

The koltprinting.com website, pricing engine, templates, calculators, text, graphics and the KoltPrinting name and logo are owned by Koltprinting LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use our free templates and tools for preparing print jobs but may not copy, scrape or resell the site or its content.

We warrant that products will conform to the approved proof and specifications within industry tolerances. Except as stated, the site and products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, missed events or deadlines) even if advised of their possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@koltprinting.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from disputing a charge with your card issuer, though we ask that you contact us first — we resolve almost every issue with a reprint or refund.
