Coroplast—short for corrugated plastic—is the dominant material in real estate signage, political campaign deployments, and event wayfinding for one simple reason: it delivers outdoor durability and affordability in a lightweight, versatile format that prints beautifully in full color. The fluted internal structure of corrugated polypropylene creates built-in rigidity along one axis while remaining flexible along the other—giving the material a surprisingly strong structural profile at a fraction of the weight of solid plastic. Our coroplast is 4mm thick (comparable to standard corrugated cardboard in thickness) and accepts high-resolution UV printing with no degradation in the fluted channels. The smooth outer surfaces on both sides provide consistent ink laydown for sharp text and photographic graphics. For yard sign installations, we offer optional H-stake mounting hardware that slides through the sign's flutes and drives directly into soil. For hard-surface mounting, coroplast can be affixed with adhesive, screws, or zip-ties through pre-drilled holes. Standard sizes include 18" x 24", 24" x 36", and 4' x 8' (printed as multiple tiles if needed); custom dimensions are available at no additional die-cut charge.
