Heavy-Duty Construction for Severe Outdoor Exposure

Flying flags mounted on high poles endure extreme mechanical stress from wind whipping, rain, and UV radiation. We fabricate our custom pole flags using high-strength 3 oz. and 4 oz. flag polyester. To prevent edge fraying, the fly end (the trailing edge opposite the pole) is reinforced with four rows of lock-stitching using industrial-grade bonded nylon thread.

Heavy Canvas Hoist Header and Solid Brass Grommets

The hoist edge of every pole flag is encased in a heavy-duty reinforced white canvas header strip. This double-thick canvas strip absorbs the mechanical tension of the halyard rope. We press solid rust-proof brass grommets securely through the canvas header, providing anchoring points that will not tear out, distort, or corrode over years of outdoor exposure.
