Printed on lightweight open-weave 4 oz. polyester flag fabric using direct dye-sublimation UV inks for rich, vibrant color. Single-sided flags offer 85-95% bleed-through visibility on the reverse side, while double-sided flags feature two printed layers with a silver blockout liner in between.

This specialized weave is engineered to allow wind to pass through the micro-fibers, drastically reducing wind load and preventing premature tearing or fabric fatigue. Our printing process utilizes advanced direct dye-sublimation UV printing, where inks are vaporized and permanently bonded directly into the polymer fibers. The result is brilliant, fade-resistant color that won't peel, crack, or wash out in heavy rain or intense sunlight.
Single-Sided vs. Double-Sided Flag Construction
