Modular Aluminum & Fiberglass Pole Sets

Our replacement flag poles are built using a hybrid multi-piece architecture designed to combine structural rigidity with flexible wind deflection:

• Bottom & Middle Sections: Fabricated from thick-walled, anodized commercial aluminum to provide an unshakeable vertical spine that won't bend or buckle.
• Top Whip Sections: Crafted from high-tensile composite fiberglass. This flexible tip conforms smoothly to the curved contour of Feather, Convex, and Teardrop flags, flexing with strong wind gusts to dissipate kinetic energy without breaking.
• Available Sizes: Offered in designated sets to fit Small (7–9 ft.), Medium (9–10.5 ft.), Large (11–15 ft.), and X-Large (13.5–18 ft.) flag graphics.

• Solid Steel Ground Spikes: Featuring a 20-inch hardened steel shaft designed to be hammered deep into turf, soil, or clay. Equipped with a smooth ball-bearing rotating spindle that allows your flag to rotate 360 degrees freely with wind direction.
• Heavy Steel X-Cross Bases: Built with wide, folding steel legs for unshakeable stability on hard surfaces including concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lots, and indoor trade show flooring.
• Water Weight Ballast Bags: Heavy-duty donut-shaped PVC bladders designed to sit directly over our X-Cross bases. When filled with water, they add up to 22 pounds of anchoring ballast to prevent tipping in high winds.
