What is letterpress printing?
Ink is pressed into thick cotton stock from a raised plate, leaving a crisp, tactile impression you can feel with a fingertip. It is the classic premium card for law firms, designers, hospitality and luxury brands.
How many colours can letterpress print?
Letterpress uses one plate per colour; one or two spot colours (Pantone-matched) is typical. Blind (ink-free) impressions and edge painting can be combined with inked areas.
How long do letterpress business cards take?
Plates are made per design, so allow 4–6 business days after proof approval plus shipping. Reorders reprint from the stored plate faster.
What file should I upload for business cards?
A print-ready PDF at 300 DPI, 3.5" × 2" trim with 0.125" bleed on every side, fonts outlined and CMYK colour. Our free business-card template has the trim, bleed and safety guides built in, and every order gets a free digital proof before it prints.
Can I order several names in one order?
