Custom candle labels

Custom candle labels that survive heat, wax and handling.

Candle labels take more abuse than most: warm glass, wax splashes, oils in the fragrance and constant handling on the shelf. The right stock keeps the design crisp from the first pour to the last burn, and a matching warning label on the base keeps you compliant with ASTM F2058.

Pro tips from our press floor
  • Use permanent adhesive; the low-tack options lift once the glass warms.
  • BOPP with matte lamination hides fingerprints and wipes clean of wax.
  • Kraft paper labels look artisan but are not oil-proof: pair them with a lid or box.
  • Order the fire-safety warning label at the same time; we run it on the same roll stock.
Candle labels: frequently asked questions
Will the label peel when the candle gets warm?
Not with a permanent acrylic adhesive on BOPP or paper. Glass surface temperature stays below the adhesive's service range on a normal burn. Avoid removable adhesive on candles.
Which label material is best for candle jars?
White or clear BOPP for oil and wax resistance, or kraft and textured paper for an artisan look on dry, boxed candles. Metallic gold suits premium seasonal editions.
Do you print candle warning labels?
Yes. A 1.5" or 2" round warning label with the ASTM F2058 pictograms can be added to your order and shipped on its own roll.
What is the minimum quantity?
250 labels per design, with price breaks at 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000.
