Custom cosmetic labels

Custom cosmetic labels for jars, tubes, droppers and pumps.

Skincare and beauty labels meet oils, alcohol, steam and constant handling, and they usually have to fit a tiny curved container while staying legible. Film stocks with matte or gloss lamination resist every one of those, and our small-format dies cover lip balm tubes, dropper bottles and 2 oz jars.

Pro tips from our press floor
  • Matte lamination on white BOPP is the industry default: oil-proof and fingerprint-resistant.
  • Keep ingredient text at 6 pt or larger and use a white underprint on clear film for legibility.
  • Silver and holographic films photograph beautifully for social content.
  • Order front and back labels as two designs; volume pricing applies to each.
Cosmetic labels: frequently asked questions
Will oils and serums smear the print?
Not on laminated BOPP. The ink sits under a matte or gloss film that resists oils, alcohol and water. Uncoated paper labels are not recommended for skincare.
Can you print very small labels?
Yes. Our roll-label dies start at 0.5" and lip-balm wraps, dropper labels and 1" rounds are common orders.
Do you handle FDA cosmetic labeling requirements?
We print what you supply; your ingredient list, net contents and business address must be on the artwork. We check legibility and minimum type size on the proof.
Is there a minimum?
250 labels per design with price breaks at 500, 1,000, 2,500 and up.
