- • Space logos so at least two full repeats appear behind a single person — 12–18 inch tiles work well.
- • Choose matte fabric for flash photography; glossy vinyl reflects.
- • Add a 4-inch safety margin at the bottom where the fabric pockets the frame.
- • Order a spare crossbar set if the backdrop travels between venues.

Do step and repeat backdrops come with the stand?
Yes. Our 8×8 and 10×8 ft step and repeat kits include the adjustable telescopic frame and carry bag; graphic-only reprints are available for frames you already own.
Fabric or vinyl for a photo backdrop?
Fabric for anything photographed with flash — it is matte, wrinkle-resistant and folds small. Vinyl is cheaper and fine for outdoor or non-flash use.
How fast can you turn an event backdrop?
Vinyl backdrops can ship next business day after proof approval; fabric takes 2–4 business days. Tell us the event date and we plan production and shipping around it.
Can I get the same design as a banner and a backdrop?
