- • Order graphics only for a frame you already own; we match the standard 33" and 36" stands.
- • Use 150 dpi at full size for photos; vector for logos.

Trade show displays: frequently asked questions
How long does a trade show display take to print?
Retractable banners and table throws typically ship in 2–3 business days after proof approval; tension fabric and SEG displays take 3–5 business days because the fabric is dye-sublimated and sewn. Rush and same-day options are available on retractables — request a rush quote with your show date.
Can you print a replacement graphic for my existing retractable stand?
Yes. Tell us the brand or the visible graphic size (most are 33" × 81" or 36" × 81") and we print the graphic with the correct leader and header, ready to install in your cassette.
What resolution do my files need?
Design at full size at 100–150 dpi, or at 25% scale at 400–600 dpi. Logos and text should be vector. Our prepress team checks every file and sends a free digital proof before anything prints.
Do you ship directly to the convention center?
We ship nationwide from our Houston production facility via UPS or FedEx to your office, hotel or the venue's advance warehouse. We do not offer local pickup — every order ships.
