Our custom display mailer boxes are the perfect packaging to showcase your brand and your product. We offer 13 mailer box sizes designed to maximize interior volume against USPS cubic-rate tiers — so you can send more product without raising your shipping cost. Size-specific dieline templates make artwork setup fast, and you can always order a quantity of 1 to see a printed proof of your box before committing to a larger run.
Inks
We digitally print your artwork in CMYK (4-color process) with a UV cure, so the ink pops with a slight sheen and won't rub off in transit. Our presses are calibrated to SWOP standards. Because every digital press differs slightly, we cannot guarantee an exact PMS match — order a printed proof if color is critical.
Our materials
Every box is made from sturdy white E-flute corrugated board, tough enough for the rigors of most shipping scenarios. Artwork prints on white (not kraft) so colors really shine. Fluting: E-flute · Exterior: white · Interior: white.
Our process
Upload print-ready PDF artwork on our size-specific template, or place the order and send artwork later. You'll receive a digital proof for every job — nothing goes to press until you approve it. Payment is requested only after proof approval, so there are never refunds to chase.
Product guarantee
We take full responsibility for the quality of our mailer boxes. If you're ever dissatisfied with print or material quality, reach out immediately and we'll make it right per our terms. Because every box is 100% custom, the artwork itself is the customer's responsibility — we strongly recommend ordering a printed proof before a full run.
Sustainability promise
Our corrugated board is supplied by SFI-certified (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) mills. Every mailer contains at least 50% recycled material and is 100% recyclable.
Shipping
Boxes ship flat, packed in corrugated cartons, via UPS Ground by default from our Houston, TX production facility. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves the floor. Blind shipping, house UPS accounts and special instructions are available on request.
Included with every order. A PDF proof of each job is emailed to you for approval before anything is printed.
