Custom Shipping Boxes
Our custom shipping boxes are built for bulkier and heavier orders: a classic slotted carton in sturdy white corrugated board, printed edge to edge in full color. Three sizes cover most e-commerce fulfillment needs, the 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" falls inside USPS cubic Tier 4, and every box ships flat and folds in seconds.
Inks
We digitally print your artwork in CMYK with a UV cure, so the ink pops with a slight sheen and won't rub off in transit. Presses are calibrated to SWOP standards; an exact PMS match isn't guaranteed — order a printed proof if color is critical.
Our materials
Every box is made from white e-flute corrugated — tough enough for the rigors of shipping. Artwork prints on white (not kraft) so colors really shine.
Our process
Upload print-ready PDF artwork on our size-specific template, or place the order and send artwork later. You'll receive a digital proof for every job — nothing goes to press until you approve it. Payment is requested only after proof approval.
Product guarantee
We take full responsibility for print and material quality — if you're ever dissatisfied, reach out immediately and we'll make it right per our terms. Because every box is 100% custom, artwork itself is the customer's responsibility; we strongly recommend a printed proof before a full run.
Sustainability promise
Board is supplied by SFI-certified mills, contains at least 50% recycled material and is 100% recyclable.
Shipping
Boxes ship flat in corrugated cartons via UPS Ground from our Houston, TX production facility. Expedited shipping is available at checkout; blind shipping and house UPS accounts on request.
Included with every order. A PDF proof of each job is emailed for approval before anything is printed.
