A retractable banner is the most-used piece of print at any trade show, lobby or sales floor: pull the graphic up, click the pole in, done. Ours ship with the aluminum cassette, a three-piece pole and a padded carry bag, printed on curl-free 13 oz smooth vinyl or premium no-glare polyester film so the graphic hangs flat under booth lighting.
Which retractable banner stand should I choose?
The 33" × 81" Standard Roll Up is the trade-show workhorse and the best value for most teams. The Deluxe stand adds a wider chrome-finish base and a stronger spring for graphics that travel weekly. Double-Sided Retractables show two graphics back-to-back for aisle and walkway placement. X-Stands are the lightest and cheapest option when the banner is set up once and stays put. Tension Fabric Stands give a seamless, glare-free fabric look for premium booths, and the Tabletop Tension Backdrop puts a mini backwall on a registration desk.

Own a stand from a previous show? Order the graphic only. Tell us the visible width (most cassettes are 33" or 36") and we print the graphic with the correct leader and top rail, ready to load into your existing cassette.
Design tips from our press floor
Keep the logo and headline in the top 24 inches — that is eye level and above the crowd. Add 4 inches of bleed at the bottom where the graphic disappears into the cassette. Use 150 dpi at full size, vector logos, CMYK, and avoid thin light text on dark photos. Every order gets a free digital proof before we print.
Turnaround and shipping
Standard retractable banners ship in 1–2 business days after proof approval; same-day production is available on orders approved before 11 AM CT. We print at our Houston, TX production facility and ship nationwide via UPS or FedEx — to your office, hotel or the show's advance warehouse. No local pickup.
