Choosing large-format displays for events and storefronts
Match the product to the venue. Retractable banner stands are the trade-show staple: a 33" or 36" stand sets up in thirty seconds and travels in its own case. Step-and-repeat backdrops and tension-fabric walls anchor a booth or photo moment; SEG displays give a seamless, backlit look for premium exhibits. Outdoors, choose 13oz or 18oz blockout vinyl banners with hems and grommets, feather and teardrop flags for visibility from the road, and custom canopy tents for markets and sports.
Everything is priced per square foot or per unit with hardware included where shown. Design at full size or a clean 1:2 scale at 150 DPI, keep text at least 1" tall per 10 feet of viewing distance (our banner calculator does the math), and leave 2" of safe margin at edges that will be hemmed or pocketed. Replacement graphics are available for every stand we sell, so hardware is a one-time purchase.
